敬礼诸至尊上师


Homage to the venerable lamas!

吾等此生飞逝如秋云:


This life of ours is fleeting, the same as autumn clouds:




???????????????????????? ?


我们现在拥有它,但此刻它正消逝。


Now we have it—but now it is gone.




????????????????????????????? ?


此身如同漂浮在河流上的泡沫,


This body’s like a bubble, floating on a stream,




??????????????????????????????????? ?


我们的每一次呼吸犹如风中之烛。


Our very breathing like a candle in the wind.




????????????????????????????? ?


我们的那些挚友,好似天之子,


Those best friends of ours, they seem like children of the gods,




???????????????????????????????? ?


但一旦被我们抛下,就再也不能在我们身侧。


But once we’ve left them behind, they can never be by our side again.




??????????????????????????????????? ?


我们也许已经积聚了如山般的财富受用,


We may have stacked up wealth and possessions the size of a mountain,




?????????????????????????????? ?


但是甚至只一根针我们也带不走。


But not even a single needle can we carry with us.




?????????????????????????????? ?


他,死主阎罗,


He, the one called Yama, Lord of Death,




??????????????????????????????? ?


不让我们离去,而是把我们拖到下一世中。


Does not let us go, but drags us off into the next life.




?????????????????????????????? ?


焕发着青春与美丽的身体,


This body, glowing with youth and beauty,




????????????????????????????? ?


也许看起来像一朵可爱的绽放着的鲜花,


May look like a lovely flower in bloom,




??????????????????????????????? ?


但是有一天无常之霜将会摧毁它。


But one day the frost of impermanence will destroy it.




????????????????????????????????? ?


我们的大敌,死主阎罗,


Our opponent, Yama Lord of Death, bares his fangs




?????????????????????????????? ?


当他用我们恶业的罥索将无助的我们捆缚,凶相毕露。


As he binds us, helpless, with the noose of our negative karma.




??????????????????????????????? ?


天地间充满了"打!"与"杀!"的哭喊,


And when heaven and earth fill with cries of “Strike!” and “Kill!”,




????????????????????????????????? ?


除了上师,佛陀,佛法与僧,无有任何皈依之处。


Then there’s no refuge anywhere, except the lama, the Buddha, Dharma and Sa?gha.




???????????????????????????? ?


自由仍旧属于我们的时刻正是现在,


Now is the time when freedom is still ours,




???????????????????????????? ?


因此如果我们将心转向法,


So if we turn our mind towards the Dharma,




????????????????????????????? ?


而后无论我们所做为何将具实义。


Then whatever we do will become truly meaningful.




?????????????????????????????? ?


我们的心就像一匹野马,


This mind of ours is like a wild horse,




???????????????????????????? ?


因此要用出离之鞭驯服它,并且


So tame it with the whip of renunciation, and




????????????????????????????????? ?


放弃贪执此生的虚妄显现。


Give up clinging to the delusory perceptions of this life.




??????????????????????????? ?


视一切有情为你的父母


See all beings as your father and mother, and




?????????????????????????????????????? ?


接着培养爱,慈悲和两种菩提心,


Then cultivate love, compassion, and the two bodhicittas,




???????????????????????????????????? ?


并且圆满大乘修心


And perfect the mind training of the Mahāyāna!




??????????????????????????? ?


永远也不要忘记根本上师和他无可回报的恩德。


Never forget the root lama—and his unrepayable kindness—




?????????????????????????????????? ?


但要把他观想在你的心间。


But meditate on him in the centre of your heart.




?????????????????????????????????? ?


向他祈请,接受灌顶,并使你的心和他的智慧心融为一。


Pray to him, receive empowerments, and merge your mind one with his wisdom mind.




????????????????????????????????????? ?


心是本然无生的,因此本体是法身


Mind is primordially unborn, and so by nature dharmakāya;




???????????????????????????????? ?


它的光明本性清晰明亮,无有停息,


Its radiant nature is clear light, unceasing;




??????????????????????????????? ?


它的显现是化身,随类而出现。


Its display is nirmā?akāya, arising in manifestations of every kind.




????????????????????????????????????? ?


这三身是无别的,自然而然地显现。


These three kāyas are indivisible, spontaneously present.




?????????????????????????????? ?


在本觉自觉的本性状态中保任:


Rest in this natural state of rigpa self-awareness:




??????????????????????????????????? ?


不要让平庸的念头造作搅坏它,而要放下万缘,以至开阔。


Don’t let the ordinary mind contrive and spoil it, but release everything, spacious and even.




?????????????????????????????? ?


不要跟随生起的念头;听之任之。


Don’t follow rising thoughts; leave them be.




???????????????????????????????? ?


无论何者出现即让它展现,并自解脱


Let whatever appears unfold and naturally liberate itself.




?????????????????????????????????? ?


在座间休息时,持诵语和祈请文,以及


In the breaks between sessions, recite mantras and prayers, and




????????????????????????????????? ?


如《普贤行愿品》一般的殊胜愿文。


Excellent aspirations like The Prayer of Good Action.




??????????????????????????????? ?


因此,此为慈玲秋珑而宣说的,


And so, this garland of words of advice




??????????????????????????? ?


长寿,殊胜正法之光" 之建言花鬘,


For Tsering Ch?dr?n, ‘Long Life, Light of the Supreme Dharma’




???????????????????????? ?


我以善心而宣说极妙,


My good heart spoke meritoriously;




??????????????????????????? ?


愿此功德将我们迅速引至证悟


And may that merit bring us swiftly to enlightenment!
